Colombia Terra - Pink Bourbon Anaerobic Natural

This coffee is punchy and sweet, bright and fruity. Unlike many other anaerobics, this coffee is extremely clean and has a very crisp finish.

This natural anaerobic process subjects the coffee cherries to 14 hours of fermentation in an oxygen-free tank and then dried on raised beds. After the cherry is dried, it’s removed from the coffee bean. This process causes the unique punchy fruit-forward profile.
