This beautiful washed Colombian coffee from the Pedregal municipality in the Inza region was grown by Luz Alba Quintero and her family. Her farm Las Heliconias consists of varietals Colombia, Catuai, and Tabi, named after the Lobster Claw (Heliconias) flower native to the area.
