This is a classic natural processed coffee- meaning, the cherry of the seed (coffee bean) was left on while it dried, and removed afterward (the opposite order of a washed process). This process gives the coffee a very unique fruity profile that's very distinguishable.
Profile: Berries / Stone Fruits / Vanilla Fruity and complex, peachy and syrupy, yet quite approachable
